Our series II is Great driving, smooth, powerful. I’ve had 0 issues in 2 years. I rent a lot of nice cars and this one is the best for comfort and driving. I would ignore reviews of people who won’t take their car in for a free service. We have been well taken care of and I haven’t paid a dime for service so far. It’s been wonderful to own
    • Worst car Ive ever owned

The starter blew out after 1500 miles. Since it had the “stop start” feature engaged, we were stranded in at a busy intersection for a hour until we could get the car towed. Stayed in the shop a week. A month later the check engine light came on, and it had to spend another week in the shop while they ran every test they could, because they couldnt fix the issues. It wasnt until Jeep put out a bullitin to shops that explained how to fix my exact issue that it got resloved. I also had to get a new battery after only 2 years because it was dead dead. Also the AM radio randomly stopped working after a mandatory software update. I got back to my car after grocery shopping, and when i turned the car on, it said “dont drive until we update this vehicle.” I was stuck for about 30 minutes with groceries in the car. AM radio never worked after that. Also, it randomly started beeping at me like every 2 minutes, as if i had forgotten to put on my seat belt. Took me 2 weeks to figure out it was beeping whenever i broke the speed limit. Randomly started doing that after 2 years of ownership. Likely the result of another forced update. The only way to turn it off was to turn off ALL notifications. So if i was low oil or low tire pressure i likely would not have ever known. I traded the car in before i could find out. All together, I owned it for 2 years and two months, it spend about 25 days in the shop for 4 different unrelated issues, and I had to roll over 15k of negative equity to get out from under it. Luckily I didnt have to pay for anything because it was under warranty. But I got rid of as soon as it was out of warranty. 1 star. Not recommended.

We've had our Wagoneer since 2022, and have had nothing but great things to say about it. Taken long trips in it with two teenagers and they both have plenty of room in back. The 3rd row absolutely has enough legroom for adults, that was a big thing for us since we are a taller family.
