In for a basic oil change and tire rotation. All went well except for the fact that the passive door unlock was not working when I got back in my car. Had to go inside and explain and one of the service advisors came out and he found that a setting had been changed that shut the control off. I was curious why or how that got turned off as they did not need to go into those setting to reset the oil percentage.

I had an appointment on 5-6-26 at 9:30 for a repair on lift gate and oil change. My car wasn't even looked at until 5-11-26. Had to order a part. We had a call on 5-13-26 stating we could pick car up.

Delivered our vehicle for the appointment for service at 8am. We were told we would be called when done. Midafternoon I called to check progress and was told the tech who was to work on our vehicle wasn`t in that day and nothing had been done. A phone call would have been nice. I have worked in service for 50 years and I know things go wrong sometimes, but at least let us know.
