Piet was very helpful, and the service department was very fast getting the repairs done. They even installed a backup assist that was on a recall, that was not installed during the manufacturing process.

Mason Covey kept me informed about what was going on with my truck. It had about 3 issues going on and through talking with him we decided to only tackle 2 of them at this time.

It was great that they gave me a car to drive while my truck was being worked on and staff was pleasant. But my truck had two issues and neither one was fixed. The problems were not diagnosed properly now I'm out $300 and I have to return with my truck to try again.

They done a good job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Very friendly and very prompt about calling me when they had it done. It was nice they had a vehicle for us to use while ours was being fixed.

We ordered new tires and made appointment to have them installed because the parts department told us what day they would be available. Arrived on time borrowed a loaner to drive to get breakfast because we assumed it would take a couple of hours to complete job. Returned and went to waiting room when we were told in about 15 minutes that tires were not available. We have bought cars only from Poynter since he bought the dealership because of the excellent service and good quality of the product. This is the very first time we have been disappointed with the dealership. We live in Columbus and we are in our golden years so it was not an easy task to get to Seymour on time but we did. After discussing the issue we decided to buy the tires from a tire store in Columbus so we canceled the order. Bought same tire and had them installed next day and it only took, with an alignment included , 45 minutes. I know everyone is very busy but it doesn’t hurt for the employee to make sure this doesn’t happen again because it was a very inconvenience for us.

I felt taken care of . Honest about the extended warranty , no charge for parts or labor on my 2016 GMC Terrain. I got a price on housing for my lights for the license plates , which I brought . I also got a price on an extra key fob . Thank you
