VALLONIA, IN | 2022 GMC AcadiaMarch 23, 2026While on a recent daytrip with my granddaughter I encountered a proplem with a tire. After contacting my local GMC dealer, Bob Poynter, I was able to confirm that I have tire and wheel warranty coverage. We were able to get our spare on and proceeded to the Poynter dealership. We were immediately greeted with a smile and a loaner vehicle. We went to get some lunch and before even finishing were notified that the tire had been repaired and the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Although our plans were altered that day, the tire was repaired and we safely took our trip a couple of days later. Great dealership - Great people!!Response from Bob Poynter Chevrolet Buick GMC
